当然,我觉得应该具备以下5个条件。

所谓企业文化,实际上就是老板的价值观及其理念演绎的系统。

所谓奖惩制度,就是简单一句话:奖勤罚懒。

奖勤罚懒必须制度化,有规可循,不能凭老板之随心所欲,也不容任何个人喜恶行事。奖罚制度还必须做到该奖则奖、该罚则罚,要避免不奖不罚、该奖不奖、该罚不罚。不奖不罚是缺少正义感的企业,该奖不奖则员工失去向上的动力,该罚不罚则导致“破窗定律”,结果是大家都去砸玻璃。只奖不罚,或只罚不奖,尽管比不奖不罚要好,但不太可能见效明显。

所谓改革与创新,指的是就是企业要不断求变,永远也不固步自封。

学习培训,这一点不言而喻,谁都知道当今是个知识经济时代,科技发展日新月异,据称知识更新的速度已达到5年一期,不通过学习更新知识,极其可能就沦为“桃花源中人”,“乃不知有汉,无论魏晋”。不仅老板和管理者要不断学习,随时更新自己的知识,更重要的是,企业要对自己的员工进行计划的培训。这当然是有成本的,甚至很贵,但千万不能心痛培训费。事实上,现在许多大学生就业,关心的不仅是待遇,也关心企业是否有培训计划,一旦发现企业从来不搞员工培训,很可能就跳槽走人。
以上就是我总结的企业管理五大要素,可能不全面,也可能不准确,甚至也不具有多大的普适性。我唯一能肯定一点,这是我自己亲身经历和总结的,其中有我个人及我所在企业的经验和教训,希望也给人一点借鉴。
