怎样才能做好企业培训工作.ppt

培训工作是一个庞大的工程体系。
一个简单的小培训也是需要多部门配合、各方面资源的。一般来讲，有以下几个步骤
1、培训前期调研：企业基本情况、员工基本信息、公司的问题点、员工的问题点、现有培训体系、以往培训效果等相关资料
2、培训需求确定：通过企业、人员等基本资料的整理，找到核心问题点，确定培训需求。
3、方案制定：针对培训需求，就培训的形式、内容、时长、地点、参训人员等与培训发起人进行研讨最终定稿。
4、训前准备：根据培训方案，进行各种行政准备，包括食宿、交通、场地、物品等。
5、培训实施
6、培训评估：首先是对培训实施方的评估，比如课程主题、内容、实用性、课堂氛围等；其次培训接受方的评估，如何应用、如何追踪等。。。
