如何提高小学一年级语文表达能力

目前我们发现一年级大部分学生上课不愿意发言,有的学生上课不会思考,等着别的同学来回答,有的同学就是有一些想法,也好像觉得课堂跟他没有关系,不会积极参与，每次总是很少的几个学生在发表见解。如此下去，学生的口头表达能力，以后的说话、写话都将成为问题。

因而本学期我们一年级将围绕“如何提高一年级学生口语表达的能力”这一主题展开教学活动。让学生学会在课堂上来说一说自己的想法，学会表达，并乐于表达。我们将从为学生营造良好的氛围、指导学生口头表达、加强学生练习的次数、实施口头表达的奖励等方面，寻找提高学生口头表达能力的教学方法。希望大家一起来献计献策，并把课堂中一些成功的案例、经验等发上来大家一起共享。

如今每一次的口语交际课，我都把他当成了一次提高学生口语表达能力的契机，我总是尽可能多的让学生来讲一讲，特别对于一些后进的孩子更是给他们锻炼的机会。班中有几个学生老是在等别人说，不肯动脑筋，在讲的过程中，我还是让他们一个个来说一说，只要能说就行了，让他们动嘴说起来。
在每一次请人说之前，我先给学生时间，让他们先自己说一说，这样他们就会更有胆量来说，也会有更多的人参与进来。
另外，同桌互说也是一种很好的方法。课上的时间是有限的，一个个地说是不可能的，所以较多的时候，我先是让学生相互说一说，一是给一个锻炼的机会，二是作一个检查，让老师了解一下还有哪些学生不会说。
