Smartness
You need Smartness, but no need to be too clever though.All you need is a pair of keen eye to find some money-making chances that other people don't.
Hard-Working

I think this is a quite reasonable one.You can't hope that money will appear from nothing unless you are a day-dreamer.After that you have found some chances, the only thing you need to do is finish the job.
Personality
A good personality can do you a lot of good.One person can't do too much or too big things.You need to get along with the enviroment you are in and make the best use of it.Making other people think that you are a trustworthy person, and you may get some important things that can do a lot of change to your life.
