I often get real stressed out from homeworks and from studies. When teachers give students homeworks that students have a hard time accomplishing it, they will be likely to feel stress within themselves. I often feel stressed because of studies and homeworks. When I feel stressed, I would try to let myself feel relaxed first. I would eat some quick food so or play some minigames to let myself calm down. After letting myself cool down, I would go back to the assignment that was given to me and start again.
