第一，通用的外贸术语，如FOB,DDU，T/T等付款发货相关的词汇等；
第二，产品及其相关词汇，这个看你具体做哪行
第三，博览群书，功夫在课外，往往跟客户关系的提升就在这些与工作不相关的闲聊中提升。
